The Christmas celebration at Riverton Valley School was a vibrant and joyous event filled with festive activities. Highlights included an Ugly Sweater Ramp Walk, where participants showcased creative and colorful sweater designs, and a Fancy Dress Parade, with students dressed as iconic Christmas characters like Santa Claus, elves, and reindeer. The premise reverberated with Christmas Carol where students performed melodious Christmas tunes with enthusiasm. The event also featured a heartwarming Nativity Enactment, beautifully depicting the story of Jesus Christ’s birth. The celebration brought everyone together, spreading joy, creativity, and the true spirit of Christmas.

This meaningful initiative aimed to imbibe generosity, compassion, and the true happiness that comes from sharing. The children enthusiastically contributed essential items, including food grains, woolen socks, caps, biscuits, and other eatables which reflected their collective spirit of kindness and care. During the visit, the students showcased their talents by preparing soulful songs and lively dances, bringing smiles to the elderly residents. The interaction was filled with warmth as the students spent quality time with the elders, listening to their stories and spreading cheer. The experience left a profound impact, teaching the young minds the invaluable lesson that giving not only benefits the receiver but also enriches the giver. From thrilling roller coasters to exciting swings, the rides brought out squeals of delight and added a dash of adventure to the celebration. Students relished delicious snacks and meals, fueling their energy for endless fun. The celebration concluded with heartfelt thanks to the teachers and staff for making it a memorable experience. The students returned with joyous smiles and unforgettable memories of a day well spent!

A festival of light, a melody of cheer, A celebration of love, spreading far and near. To share the joy of Deepawali, the Grade 7 students at Riverton Valley School conducted a Special Assembly on October 28, 2024, with boundless excitement and happiness. Dressed in traditional attire, they presented lively performances, including dance, music, and a skit symbolizing the victory of light over darkness. This was followed by several competitions like diya decoration, toran making, pooja thali decoration, rangoli competition, greeting card making, poster making and fireless cooking competitions. The winners were rewarded by Madam Chairperson, Madam Director and Vice Chairman. who appreciated the efforts and talents of students and dedication of teachers, making this event unforgettable.

1.       We are thrilled to share a wonderful achievement of two of our outstanding students, twin sisters Devyani Bharadwaj and Shivaranjani Bharadwaj of grade VII, who have recently  invited as Guest of Honour at the prestigious state-level yoga tournament organized by the MP Yogasana Sports Association at Daly College Indore. Their dedication to the art of yoga has been truly inspiring, as they also have the honour of authoring a book on benefits of Yogasana.
